2026-09-14Strategic Cooperation
On September 7, 2026, Shanghai Songying Technology Co., Ltd. (“Songying Technology”) and Yujia Zhishu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Yujia Zhishu”) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation on the training and integration of the ORCA OS Physical AI Operating System with industrial multi-source heterogeneous data, and jointly explore the industrial implementation paths of Physical AI in the fields of predictive maintenance for high-end equipment and embodied intelligence.

With the theme of "Weaving the Computing Network Together, Powering a New Intelligent Future", the conference serves as a high-profile industry event in China’s computing sector in the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. During the 2026 World Robot Conference (WRC), CEO Nie Kaixuan attended the "Bionic Empowerment · Intelligent Creation of the Future" parallel forum as a distinguished guest and completed an on-site signing ceremony. As a key participant, Songying Technology joined the Bionic Embodied Intelligence Industry Going-Global Ecosystem Alliance, contributing core underlying simulation capabilities and opening a two-way channel from domestic technology accumulation to overseas scenario deployment.

Songying Technology, a leading physical AI operating system company, officially announced the completion of several hundred million RMB in Series A and A1 financing. The rounds were led by CICC Capital and Wuhan Hongshan Capital, with follow-on investment from well-known financial and industrial institutions including Shangrong Capital, Aosheng Technology, Gaoxin Capital, Shanghai Angel Association, Fengyuzhu, and Qiaobei Capital, and over-allocation from existing shareholders such as Zhongxin Fund. This marks the company's third financing round within six months. The funds will be focused on continuous iteration of the ORCA OS physical AI operating system, deep adaptation to domestic chip ecosystems, developer ecosystem building, and scaled deployment in key industry scenarios.

On August 15-16, the 2026 CCF China Open Source Conference was held in Chongqing. Founder & CEO Nie Kaixuan delivered a keynote speech titled "Open-Source Co-Building of a Physical AI Operating System to Resolve the Multi-Robot Collaboration Dilemma," sharing how the open-source model accelerates physical AI simulation training, technical validation, and industrial application. He also introduced ORCA Lab 1.0 — China's first native physical AI developer platform for individuals and small teams, sharing the ORCA OS technology foundation with a free and open software stack. This continues the ecosystem momentum following Songying's donation in June to establish China's first embodied intelligence open-source special fund at the Tiangong Kaiwu Open Source Foundation.

On August 12-13, CCF CAD/CG 2026 (the 29th National Conference on Computer-Aided Design and Computer Graphics) was held in Suzhou. Songying Technology, together with the conference competition committee, launched the official track "Real-time 4DGS Rendering and Editing Challenge," with 7 university teams reaching the finals and awards presented on August 13. The challenge shares the same technical lineage as ORCA ENGINE (real-time ray tracing + PBR rendering): 4DGS introduces the time dimension, extending static 3D to dynamic 4D real-time rendering and editing. The Songying team was deeply involved from challenge design through hands-on technical mentoring.

On the afternoon of August 11, Tan Ruicong, Deputy District Governor of Minhang, led a delegation to Shanghai Songying Technology Co., Ltd., joined by officials from the District Science and Technology Commission, District Economy and Information Commission, District Talent Bureau, District Education Bureau, Zero Bay Group, and Minhang Investment. Deputy District Governor Tan fully affirmed Songying's achievements and persistent independent innovation in the physical AI field. At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Songying Technology officially launched ORCA OS, the world's first physical AI operating system for multi-form robot collaborative training, enabling humanoid, quadruped, wheeled robots and drones to train and execute tasks together in the same digital factory scenario. Leaders including Liang Zhifeng, Director of the SME Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Wu Qiang, Mayor of Minhang District, visited the booth; CCTV.com conducted an exclusive interview.

Songying Technology and the National Robot Testing & Evaluation Center (Headquarters) officially reached a strategic cooperation, focusing on three main areas: CR certification of simulation datasets, joint construction of simulation training and testing, and embodied dataset platform development. Songying provides simulation synthetic data generation and testing, while the center provides standards and certification authority, closing the last loop from generation to certification of high-quality simulation synthetic data.

Shanghai Fengying Technology Co., Ltd., jointly invested by Songying Technology and Fengyuzhu, was officially established and settled in the Mosu Space Large Model Innovation Ecosystem Community in Xuhui Riverside, Shanghai. With Shanghai focusing on technology R&D and Hangzhou on scenario validation, the joint venture will conduct R&D around physical AI, spatial computing, digital twins, and virtual-real integration, officially launching the dual-engine drive.
