Responsibilities

  1. Be the ecosystem "voice": lead the end-to-end creation and distribution of technical content, producing developer-oriented content such as technical courses, hands-on tutorials, case handbooks, and technical articles; select topics based on product iteration and industry trends, and build the company technical reputation through multi-channel distribution
  2. Be the ecosystem "operator": independently plan and deliver developer events including online open courses, tech salons, developer bootcamps, industry competitions, hackathons, and university tech events, owning the full process of proposal planning, resource coordination, execution, user invitation, and retrospective optimization
  3. Be the ecosystem "connector": maintain relationships with core developers, tech influencers, university teams, and industry partners; collect developer pain points, product suggestions, and cooperation needs and coordinate with R&D and product teams to drive improvements; operate developer communities to increase user stickiness and activity
  4. Be the resource "integrator": expand resources such as open-source communities, universities, industry vendors, and industrial platforms based on the company ecosystem strategy; own cooperation negotiations, proposal delivery, implementation follow-up, and long-term maintenance to drive joint events, technical co-construction, and resource sharing
  5. Be the ecosystem "optimizer": regularly review core metrics such as content distribution, event effectiveness, developer growth, and ecosystem partnerships, and continuously optimize the content system, event models, and cooperation strategies

Requirements

  1. Basic technical understanding: bachelor degree or above, with STEM majors preferred. Able to quickly understand the company products and technical logic, understand technology, engage developers, and write professional content. Experience in developer ecosystems, open-source communities, or B2B tech industries is a plus.
  2. Technical communication and content output: fluent writing, skilled at expressing complex technology in a lightweight and accessible way, and able to independently plan and write technical articles, courses, and tutorials. Understand content distribution, topic selection, packaging, and retrospectives. Personal content works or technical course cases are preferred.
  3. Event delivery: experience in planning and delivering developer salons, tech competitions, online bootcamps, etc., familiar with the full event process. Strong execution and attention to detail, able to both plan and deliver results, and flexible in handling unexpected issues.
  4. Communication and collaboration: high EQ and clear logic, adept at engaging developers, universities, and industry partners, able to accurately identify cooperation needs and efficiently drive implementation. Good cross-department collaboration ability to coordinate multiple teams for ecosystem operations.
  5. Overall fit: 2-4 years of experience in tech operations, developer ecosystems, tech communication, or ecosystem cooperation. Passionate about the tech ecosystem industry, proactive, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Experience in university cooperation, event operations, or open-source community operations is preferred.
