Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software such as office computers, printers, and conference equipment
2. Build and maintain office networks, including wired/wireless networks, switches, routers, and VPNs
3. Manage small server rooms and related equipment on a daily basis, including servers, storage, racks, UPS, and network devices
4. Confirm requirements, select models, procure, and liaise with suppliers for IT hardware and software
5. Manage IT assets, including equipment registration, issuance, transfer, repair, inventory, and recycling
6. Manage equipment and account permissions during employee onboarding, transfer, and offboarding
7. Establish and maintain IT-related documentation and basic management systems

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related majors preferred
2. 2+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations, desktop support, or network administration
3. Familiar with computers and common office equipment, able to independently handle hardware, software, and OS faults
4. Solid office networking knowledge, able to configure network devices and troubleshoot common network faults
5. Understanding of small server room infrastructure such as servers, storage, racks, and UPS
6. Good service awareness, communication skills, and responsibility, able to respond promptly and drive problem resolution

Bonus Points

• Experience in building or renovating office networks or small server rooms
