QA Engineer

Responsibilities

  1. Execute functional testing of the simulation system, design and maintain the test case library (using black-box testing methods such as equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, and scenario-based testing), covering core module validation
  2. Set up automated test environments and develop basic test scripts (Python/Shell)
  3. Track the defect lifecycle, collaborating with the development team to drive root cause analysis, fixes, and regression verification to ensure issue closure
  4. Write test reports and analyze metrics such as test progress, case execution rate, defect distribution, and fix rate; evaluate system stability and functional reliability, identify potential performance bottlenecks and risks, and provide data support for version iteration
  5. Participate in CI/CD process optimization and maintain the standardized test documentation system

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with Computer Science/Electronic Information majors preferred; 3+ years of work experience; Robot Framework/Selenium automated testing experience is preferred
  2. Understanding of software testing theory (black-box/white-box testing methods) or familiarity with CI tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
  3. Proficient in setting up and using Ubuntu, with basic Linux commands (key requirement) and SQL query skills; able to use tools such as Postman/JMeter for interface testing
  4. Able to develop test scripts in Python; ISTQB foundation certification is preferred
  5. Testing experience in 3D simulation or related areas is preferred
  6. Strong learning ability and logical thinking, able to quickly understand simulation system business and quickly master new technologies and tools
  7. Responsible, rigorous, and detail-oriented, with strong accountability and stress resilience, able to adapt to project iteration pace.
