Responsibilities

  1. Product delivery: own end-to-end delivery of the physical AI simulation platform, establish milestones and resource plans, and manage the productization R&D cadence of core modules
  2. Requirements management: interface with product and ecosystem teams to convert customer business scenario requirements into structured PRDs and functional specifications
  3. Quality management: focus on key SLA metrics such as product reliability and stability
  4. Cross-functional coordination: manage cross-role teams (members from ecosystem, algorithm, development, and testing teams), run Scrum processes, and remove blockers
  5. Risk management: control schedule, quality, and performance risks and organize key task breakthroughs

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in interdisciplinary fields such as Computer Science, AI, Engineering Mechanics, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
  2. 3-5 years of technical PM experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience in AI products or simulation/CAE/CAD software
  3. Development experience in Python or C++

Bonus Points

  • Delivery experience in verticals such as autonomous driving simulation, robotics simulation, industrial digital twins, or AI for Science
  • Experience with Isaac Sim or Isaac Lab platforms
  • Mastery of agile frameworks such as Scrum, with PMP or soft-exam certifications
  • Good English technical documentation reading ability
