Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation of robotics applications based on the company proprietary/integrated physics engine platform, including simulation environment architecture design, deep robot model integration, control interface framework development, and digital twin system construction
  2. Own architecture design, development, and debugging of robot dynamics/kinematics simulation, high-fidelity sensor and actuator simulation, and complex trajectory planning and control interfaces
  3. Systematically optimize performance, improve stability, extend features, and tackle key technical problems of core physics engine modules, resolving complex challenges such as simulation accuracy, real-time performance, large-scale collision detection, and multi-physics coupling, and driving continuous platform evolution
  4. Write high-quality technical documentation and design proposals, and lead or deeply participate in requirements analysis, architecture reviews, development, testing, and delivery of robotics application projects

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Control Science, or a related field, with 3+ years of Python development experience (requirements may be relaxed for candidates with rich robotics simulation/physics engine experience; outstanding candidates with 2+ years may be considered)
  2. Expert in Python and engineering practices (code standards, modular design, performance tuning, unit testing, etc.) with solid development and delivery experience in physics engines or robotics simulation (in-depth experience with any of MuJoCo, PyBullet, Isaac Sim, Bullet Physics, ODE is preferred; multi-engine experience is a strong plus)
  3. Proficient in Linux development, deployment, and performance tuning, and expert in Git and team collaboration workflows
  4. Solid grasp of core robotics knowledge (forward/inverse kinematics, dynamics modeling, trajectory planning, PID/advanced control algorithms, etc.) with the ability to independently solve complex simulation and control problems

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on ROS/ROS2 project development and system integration experience, including familiarity with robot sensors, actuators, communication mechanisms, and sim-to-real joint debugging
  • Rich motion control experience (advanced trajectory planning, interpolation algorithms, deep integration with motion controllers/PLCs/servo drives, etc.)
  • Leading or core participation in industrial robots, collaborative robots, AGVs, automated production lines, or robotics digital twin/large-scale simulation projects
  • Familiarity with URDF/SDF robot model description formats, or experience with deep integration and performance optimization of 3D visualization/OpenGL/Unity/Unreal with physics engines
  • Experience in technical team collaboration and mentoring, with strong architecture design, problem decomposition, and cross-team communication skills
